ANTSS

Who We Are

In the heart of modern-day Oklahoma, amidst the largest gathering of Indigenous peoples on Turtle Island, more than 50 Indigenous nations find their home, with 39 recognized sovereign entities by the US government. This land, rich in history and culture, serves as the backdrop for our reclamation of Two-Spirit people’s integral roles within Indigenous societies. The term “Two-Spirit” barely scratches the surface of our rich, diverse understandings of gender, challenging the binary views with deeper, ancestral wisdom.

We, as Two-Spirit individuals, are united in our journey to rekindle our revered positions as healers and peacemakers—key figures in restoring balance to our world. Under the aegis of the Indigenous Arts Alliance, the All Nations Two-Spirit Society is dedicated to this path of healing, education, celebration, and homage, for the betterment of all.
